Who We Are
BookPage.ai is a landing page, lead capture, analytics, AI support, and client dashboard platform operated by Next Level Web Design LLC. In this Privacy Policy, "BookPage," "we," "us," and "our" refer to BookPage.ai and Next Level Web Design LLC.
If you subscribe to BookPage, your payment may be processed under Next Level Web Design LLC and your card or bank statement may show "Next Level," "Next Level Web Design," "Next Level Web Design LLC," or a similar billing descriptor.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use BookPage, create an account, publish a landing page, submit information through a landing page, use support or AI features, or interact with our websites and services.
Information We Collect From Account Users
We collect account and business information such as your name, email address, password authentication details, business or clinic name, role, account settings, dashboard preferences, template selection, subscription status, support requests, and communications with us.
We collect landing page setup information such as clinic identity, phone numbers, addresses, services, booking links, calendar links, form settings, custom questions, disclaimers, privacy policy links, terms links, brand settings, colors, uploaded images, tracking code, pixels, scripts, CRM settings, webhook destinations, and lead notification settings.
We collect billing-related information such as subscription plan, Stripe customer ID, invoice status, payment status, cancellation status, and related billing metadata. Full payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by BookPage.
We collect administrative and security information such as login events, session information, IP-related routing data, browser and device information, error logs, audit logs, account status, and actions taken in the dashboard.
Information Collected From Landing Page Visitors and Leads
When a visitor interacts with a client landing page, we may collect page visit data, referrer data, device and browser information, IP-related routing information, phone click events, calendar click events, form start events, form submission events, thank-you page events, chat interactions, and related analytics.
When a visitor submits a form, we collect the information submitted in that form. Depending on the client’s settings, this may include name, phone number, email address, preferred scheduling time, pain or service-related answers, pain level, duration of symptoms, whether the visitor has seen a provider, insurance or cash-pay acknowledgments, custom qualifying answers, and other information the visitor chooses to provide.
When a visitor uses an educational or support chat feature, we may collect the conversation messages, timestamps, page context, tenant or client association, and related technical metadata so the chat can operate, provide context, improve support, and escalate feedback or issues where appropriate.
How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, generate pages, save dashboard settings, publish pages, route traffic, provide analytics, process form submissions, send lead notifications, support CRM or webhook delivery, track calls and clicks, provide AI and support features, process billing, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve the platform, and communicate with users.
We may use support messages, feedback, errors, chat logs, and usage patterns to identify bugs, improve user experience, improve documentation, train internal support processes, and enhance the platform over time.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform performance, feature usage, conversion patterns, support needs, and product improvement opportunities.
Lead Delivery, CRMs, Webhooks, Pixels, and Third-Party Integrations
If a client configures lead delivery, CRM integrations, webhooks, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, email notifications, tracking scripts, advertising pixels, analytics tools, or other third-party services, information may be sent to those configured destinations.
Clients control the third-party tools they choose to connect. BookPage is not responsible for how those third parties collect, use, store, disclose, secure, or process information after data is sent to them.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of tracking pixels, scripts, analytics, CRMs, webhooks, ads, lead follow-up, email, texting, phone calls, and data exports complies with applicable laws, privacy rules, advertising rules, consent requirements, and industry obligations.
Service Providers
We may use vendors and infrastructure providers to operate BookPage, including providers for hosting, database services, authentication, storage, payment processing, email delivery, AI functionality, analytics, security, domain routing, customer support, logging, and operational tooling.
Examples may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI or related AI infrastructure, and any CRM, webhook, advertising, analytics, or automation tools configured by a client.
We share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, improve, or provide the service.
Client Responsibility for Published Pages
BookPage clients are responsible for the landing pages they create and publish, including the words, claims, offers, disclaimers, legal links, tracking tools, form questions, AI usage, lead handling, and follow-up process associated with those pages.
Clients are responsible for providing any privacy policy, terms of service, consent notice, cookie notice, tracking disclosure, healthcare disclosure, advertising disclaimer, or other notice required for their business, visitors, patients, customers, industry, location, or connected tools.
For healthcare, wellness, therapy, chiropractic, SoftWave, or medical-adjacent pages, clients are responsible for complying with applicable healthcare, advertising, privacy, patient communication, and professional licensing obligations.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
BookPage may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, operate dashboards, support accessibility settings, prevent abuse, understand usage, and provide analytics.
Clients may add third-party tracking pixels or scripts to their own landing pages. Those tools may set cookies or collect information according to the client’s configuration and the third-party provider’s policies.
Browser settings may allow users to block cookies or limit tracking, but some features may not work properly if cookies or local storage are disabled.
Support, Feedback, and AI Chat Logs
If you contact support, use Grace or another AI/support tool, submit feedback, request human help, or communicate with our team, we may store those messages and related metadata.
We use support and AI chat records to provide help, respond to requests, notify our team, preserve conversation history, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and maintain internal records.
Do not submit sensitive information, protected health information, payment card numbers, passwords, or confidential legal/compliance details through chat or support unless you understand the risks and the submission is necessary for support.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, operate accounts, maintain published pages, process billing, deliver leads, provide support, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and maintain backup or security records.
If an account is canceled, paused, archived, or deleted, some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, support records, analytics records, fraud prevention records, or legal/business records for a reasonable period.
We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, tax, dispute, audit, or business purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet-based service, software platform, database, email system, AI system, or third-party integration can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, controlling account access, limiting administrator permissions, and protecting exported lead data.
Your Choices and Requests
Account users can update many account, page, billing, lead, tracking, and integration settings from the dashboard.
You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, deleting, or restricting certain information where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where allowed or required by law.
If you are a landing page visitor or lead, the BookPage client whose page you used may also control how your information is used after submission. You may need to contact that business directly for requests related to their use of your information.
Children
BookPage is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
United States Operation
BookPage is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of BookPage after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
